About the Dance Styles
Urban Line Dancing
A form of dance where individuals line up in rows and perform choreographed dance moves in unison. Best of all, you don't need a partner which makes this accessible to everyone. The choreography is straightforward and repetitive, making it easy for beginners to pick up. The dances are set to fun upbeat music from various genres such as Country, Pop and Latin, creating a fun and lively atmosphere.

"Rhythm & Groove" Dancefit
A high energy fitness class that combines dance movements with aerobic exercises to provide a fun and effective workout. In this class you will follow along a series of choreographed dance routines set to upbeat music, focusing on rhythm, coordination, and cardio endurance. The choreography may include elements of salsa, hip-hip, jazz, or other dance styles, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. The intensity level can be adjusted to accommodate different fitness levels, making Dancefit suitable for beginners and experienced dancers alike.
