Our Yoga classes focus on learning to live, both physically and mentally, in the present moment. Learning to create harmony between mind and body, whilst building strength and flexibility of movement. Caring for ourselves and others.
Meditation is where we have the opportunity to reflect on what it means to honour our mind and our body. We learn techniques to control and calm our mind and body and to be our own warriors of peace.
